On Dec. 31, 2012,  Dongguan F.M.D Textile Co., Ltd held the annual party in Houjie International Hotel. Zhou Fan, general manager, made a report about the work summary of 2012 and prospect of 2013 at the beginning of the party, which gave a profound impression to everybody who join in. The report details as below:

Ladies and gentlemen, here, I on behalf of ourcompany, welcome all of you distinguished guests and good friends, and I must express my appreciation to you for your long term support and cooperation. Secondly, I must express my heartfelt thanks to all of my colleagues, only your hard work that our company could improve persistently in this competitive society. Thirdly, I must express my appreciation to the person we once work together, because of their endeavor, we get this chance to sit here to celebrate our grow up. Thank you very much!

2012 is themost stable one yearfor our company, is also one year for us toturn to standardized and orderly. As we all know, specification, brand, service and culture have become more and more important, even to be the core strengths in the positive competition with the development of economy, and lower price is not the only impact we can win in the competition.  We realized we must build a stong work team, and improve our company's soft power.

Because of our rough, we were subjected to the customer loss, customer negative and reparations; because of our rough, we were subjected to talents loss, departments mismatch and managers stubbornness. But also because of the development and the reformation, we realized that we must face up to our own shortcomings, admit our weaknesses, find a way of norms and innovation.

Of course, our incomplete foundation is also give us a inevitable rise space, all of my colleagues are participants and witnesses of what happened in this year. We absorbed many constructivesuggestions from our honourable customers,good friends and faithful colleagues, and we have tried our best to improve ourself, in this improve process, we learned that the so-called potential is tochallenge one's own thinking inertia and living habits. If we strengthened our cultivation and know ourself nature, we could understand other people's feeling and find the method to build a more specialized and normalized company.

Success has many different definitions in fact, I always think that, there is no shortcut to success, we must undergo many difficulties. I am very grateful to all the insuperable difficulties  we met in the road of growth, because of them, we acquired a lot of valuable experience. 

In this such a economy decadent circumstance, FMD company rarely kept last year's growth and realized betterperformance compared with last year by all of my colleague's hard work. We established International Trading Department last year and have received orders. In addition, our home textile brand Yenessel has successfully realized an operation of totally 63 boutiques, and the overall sales breakthrough before, close to a new higher record. So, here, I must express my gratitude again, thank you very much, my dear colleagues, thank you for your hard efforts and your pay, our company's can't growth without you!

In 2013, we have a lot of things to do, to continue to work hard, which contains to strengthen supervisors' competence, regulate the work process, make the department management more meticulous, improve the company's humanities construction, heighten our sense of belonging, clear financial regulations, carefully learn more about the market, treat every customer and order earnestly, keep an overall crisis feeling, and so on. Because we deeply know that we must practicing internal strength firstly, innovative thinking and management, and only we keep pace with the times that our company and staffs can continue to get a new development.
